Project Manager Coordinator

- This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in the HVAC or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication are a must.
- Duties include but are not limited:
- Following up with contractors and clients
- Ensuring all job files are complete
- Ensuring all timelines are met
- Reviewing contracts
- Visiting clients as needed
- Ordering equipment and ensuring delivery to appropriate locations at the appropriate times
- Essentially this candidate is responsible for facilitating a project from start to finish.
